Saigon Center Hostel

The people here made this hostel feel like home. Win and Nini, two of the sweetest and funniest receptionists I’ve met, took me in like a nephew and made me feel part of the family. The free breakfast, evening beer, help booking daily activities, and even going fruit shopping with me were all great perks. The location is unbeatable for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. I was blown away by the hospitality and genuinely can’t wait to return and book this exact same hostel again. Highly, highly recommend!

I’m American-Vietnamese and this was my first trip to Vietnam. The staff were incredibly hospitable, polite, respectful, and helpful. I overheard them discussing which tours would offer the best prices so a customer wouldn’t overpay. They won’t steer you wrong. The hostel is very clean, with free breakfast and drinks, and the other guests were friendly and social. Ask for Cô hai Win and bà cô Nini, genuinely the sweetest, kindest people. 100% recommend, you have to stay here.

I loved the mix of a party atmosphere downstairs and calm, clean dorms upstairs, where guests were usually respectful. Nini and Winnie the Pooh were genuinely amazing, kind and helpful, and went far beyond what I’d normally expect. They made the place feel personal and welcoming. One of the best hostel stays I’ve had.

The common area gets very social thanks to the free beer each night in the lobby. The hostel is right beside the walking street, but far enough away that it isn’t rowdy around the hostel itself. Dorm beds have curtains, a night light, mirror and plug sockets, and the rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful too. I liked it enough to stay here twice.
