Getting around was easy: popular restaurants and attractions are nearby, Pizza 4P’s is about a 7-minute walk, and Grab can pick you up right outside. The airport took around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. I stayed three nights and found the place comfortable. The room is modern and calming, with cooking and dining utensils, a large fridge, washing machine, iron, and smart TV. It was clean, and the soundproofing kept most outside noise out. It seems suited to both short and longer stays. I arrived at about 7 PM, and the key card was ready at reception. They'd sent the check-in details over WhatsApp, so arriving was straightforward. A comfortable, convenient stay, and one I'd recommend.

I was happy living here for six months. The cleaner came three times a week, and although reception is only staffed during working hours, coordination and requests were handled well. The location is handy, near the consulates and tucked about 20 metres down an alley off the main road. Food choices are everywhere: Vietnamese, Indian, Thai, Japanese, vegan places, restaurants, bars and cafes. There's an Indian restaurant right next door, a Pilates studio perhaps 15-20 metres away, and a convenience store about a minute on foot. The grocery store is across the block, around a 10-15-minute walk. The alley can be awkward at rush hour, around 8 AM or 5-7 PM. Taxi drivers may leave you at the main road because of traffic, or seem reluctant to drive in. Inside, the modern furniture and well-equipped kitchen worked nicely for me. It has a hot and cold drinking water tap, hot and cold water at every faucet, including the sink, and an oven, which I loved. My room also had a huge TV, though it was in the bedroom because there wasn't a living room. The design is best for one person or a couple. It's not made for a big gathering, but there's enough space to have guests.

The service made things easy: staff were responsive and helpful, check-in was simple, and cleaning was included three times a week. We spent 10 days here and loved our stay. The unit was clean, modern and nice, with strong water pressure, fast internet and filtered water. Its location was perfect for walking to everything in District 1.

Staff and building management were professional and ready to help, which made my stay easier. The apartment itself is quiet and private even though it's right in D1, close to work, meals and everyday errands. It's modern, comfortable and well designed, with good natural light and a practical layout. It felt well cared for and suitable for a short stay or longer living. The price reflects the central location and service. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, well-managed place in the city center.
