We stayed for 1 week, 7 days and 6 nights, in a clean 2 bedroom room on a high floor with 2 bathrooms, a balcony facing Saigon city centre and a nice view of saigon. The building also has a kids pool. The location and service were good, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. You can book a stay through a website such as agoda.

There was a fire alarm the day before, and staff said it was a test. Then, on the following day, an intercom announcement told us to stay calm and leave by the stairs, but gave no warning that it was a drill. I took it seriously and went down 43 flights with my wife and our 11-month-old. Downstairs, staff were sitting around. When I asked what was happening, they said everyone had been told in advance, which wasn't true. We had listened to the whole announcement, and there had been no notice the previous day either, just an alarm that went off for 15 minutes. They should put up flyers or clearly tell guests beforehand when they're testing the alarm.
