The location made it easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City on foot, and the staff made the whole stay feel smooth and stress-free. They were consistently friendly and went out of their way to help. Housekeeping was excellent too, keeping the rooms spotless and replenishing supplies, including complimentary bottled water every day. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a great city view. Some rooms also look toward the famous Cafe Apartments, which would be a nice bonus. The hotel has an elegant feel, with columns, marble finishes, and gold details. The entrance and lobby make a particularly impressive first impression. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage after checkout while we traveled to another city for a few days. The rooms were a real pleasure, and I'd happily recommend Saigon Prince Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is showing its age, so I'd give it four stars. We upgraded to a Club Suite and the room was a comfortable size, though the step in and out of the tub was extremely high and could be dangerous for some, especially seniors like us. We made it through. The Executive Club's daily offerings and the extended checkout option were nice perks. The hotel service staff were phenomenal, always available and helpful. They deserve five stars. Tip them.

The club floors were a highlight, with good food and drinks adding comfort if you decide to upgrade. Saigon Prince Hotel is right in the middle of everything, close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The rooms felt spacious and comfortable, with a classic luxurious style. Everything was clean, quiet, and secure, so it was easy to relax after a busy day out. A great choice for comfort and convenience, and I highly recommend it.

The food was a standout for us. The dishes were well prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, and the dining atmosphere made meals feel special. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout, making everything comfortable and easy. Saigon Prince Hotel combines elegance and comfort, from the interior design to the overall ambiance. It was a premium stay in a prime location, and we'd gladly return.

Jolie's massage was wonderful. I arrived in Vietnam feeling really sick and chilled, and she warmed me up, made sure I was comfortable, and worked on all my knots and aches. I felt so much better afterward, and the sickness and chills had eased by the next day. I felt like a million bucks. I didn't get to check out the pool or gym, but I loved the delicious breakfast buffet and the staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel is very foreigner friendly, and I'd definitely stay again in Ho Chi Minh City, for vacation or business. 10/10.
