SAZI Erato Hotel - Free Airport & Breakfast

Our stay was pleasant thanks to the very helpful staff. Even with our very late check-in, they made sure our requests were taken care of and arranged a free cab from the airport to the hotel. Thanks again for all your help. Highly recommend :)

The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views stood out. The hotel is near the airport, with nice, spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Customer service was excellent, and I received complete receipts. I was traveling with friends on a business trip.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room made it hard to rest. The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms felt quite old, and we could hear honking outside all night because the sound insulation was poor. Cleaning was quick, but we found a toothpick, some pills 💊, and other things on the floor.

The last straw was being told by the receptionist that we had to pay for the airport shuttle, which was completely false. We had to wake someone up to get it at 4 a.m., even though we’d written about it and said twice that we needed it. There was also noise in the hallways at 2 a.m., and we had to step in ourselves. The room wasn’t cleaned, towels weren’t changed, and there was no water unless we asked reception. The TV didn’t work. Breakfast was served at a restaurant next door and came without coffee or bread.
