We had a five-night booking, but arrived to find the doors shut and couldn't get hold of anyone at the hotel. I called the Oyo hotline, explained what was happening, and still nobody came. After waiting for hours, we learned they'd closed for the New Year's holidays, even though they had accepted our booking. The whole thing was a complete organizational failure. Oyo's service was awful, and there was no way to reach anyone or contact them by email or WhatsApp.

The room and staff were much nicer than I expected. I had everything I needed in this prime business location of HCM, and I'll definitely come back.

The price is the only good thing. Everything else was miserable, making this the worst hotel I've stayed at in Viet Nam.
