The rooms were clean and having adjustable AC was a nice touch. We also enjoyed breakfast and had dinner there a few times; the wait staff were sweet. Everyone was professional and helpful, and the night manager was especially kind and went out of his way to help us. Our stay was very comfortable, and we highly recommend the place.

The apartment was roomy and clean, and the upgrade to a three-bedroom place at check-in was a welcome surprise. Ours was 10J, with a kitchen, big fridge, living and dining areas, plus a washer and dryer, so it seems well suited to longer stays. There’s a large pool and a modern gym, along with a games room with pool, table tennis and foosball, and a cinema room that costs extra. A scheduled shuttle goes to several key spots, first come, first served. The rear entrance is close to a large supermarket. The main drawback for us was breakfast, where gluten-free choices were limited and there didn’t seem to be much awareness of gluten-free needs. Laundry soap can be ordered for around 30,000vnd.

The pool is clean, partly covered, and nice for kids or a night swim. There’s also a Co-op supermarket right by the back gate, which is very convenient. We were six in a three-bedroom, two-bath executive apartment. It’s dated, but well cared for, clean and minimal. A washer and dryer are provided, though you have to buy detergent at the front desk. The front desk team were very helpful, especially Dash, who can suggest places for nails or massages. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere since there were other options nearby. The pho place just in front of the hotel by the pool and billiard spot didn’t look promising, but the bowl was surprisingly good. Even at 4pm, you could get a huge, steaming bowl for 75,000 vnd. A good option for families.

Breakfast was very average, and the whole five-night stay was unpleasant. The building felt old and roughly renovated, rather than like a newly built luxury hotel. You can see a second layer added to the windows and doors; it looks rough, though it does help a little with soundproofing. We first got a 2nd-floor room. The front desk said there were no other rooms available, despite my usual Trip.com requests for a higher floor never causing this problem at other hotels. I let it go at first. But after about two hours, a strong renovation/formaldehyde smell was bothering us. My eyes were burning, and my wife felt it too. When I complained, someone came and sprayed perfume. That was shocking and unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel. After I spoke to the manager, they moved us. On the fourth day, the air conditioner began leaking, first a little and then a lot, so we had to call staff again. This did not meet five-star standards for me. I absolutely don't recommend it and won't stay here again.
