I stayed for almost three months and worked with trang during the last month. The units matched the photos, and service was easy to reach. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood, though not completely quiet: during the school term, a nearby school can make mornings a bit noisy. If you’re a bird, that shouldn’t be an issue. There’s also a shared washer and dryer on the rooftop. I’d recommend staying here.

The building is clean and secure, with polite, cheerful staff. Duyen is available 24/7. The location is close to all facilities and the prices are reasonable. 😍

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff are friendly. The beds are firm, and there’s AC and a refrigerator. It’s near the river, which is nice if you like a morning walk. A great place to stay.

The place was clean and nice, and the location was great. I’d definitely stay again. I’d just had surgery and was in terrible condition, and Michel did everything he could to help me feel comfortable and safe. He was a perfect host.

There are laundry facilities on the rooftop, the most generous setup I’ve seen in Saigon. Signy House is also well placed for getting between Phu Nhuan, Quan 3, and Binh Thanh, which makes it a good base for exploring local Saigon communities. I highly recommend it.
