The room is huge and has solid facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, detergent, and softener. The kitchen has the basics plus a rice cooker, and there’s a roomy rooftop, basement parking, and an elevator. Staff were helpful and the service was nice. You’re right in the heart of District 1, with easy access to attractions and lots of food and drink nearby, but away from the worst of the tourist bustle. One thing to consider: rooms facing the alley aren’t very quiet. Choose one of those if you like the everyday sounds of Viet life, or a room facing elsewhere if you want quiet.

Being close to the center was the best thing about our stay in a room with two single beds. The room was dusty and not very clean, and the design felt basic and poorly thought out. Sound carries badly: from bed I could hear people talking in their rooms, using the washroom, and flushing. The air handling units ran constantly right beside my wall. The bathroom was tiny, and the poor drainage left water all over the WC and splashed onto the toilet when I showered. There were no universal outlets for foreign plugs either. 😑 If you're traveling alone for fun and won't spend much time in the room, it may be good enough. With work or family, or if you need good sleep, I'd stay away.

This was my third stay here, and I keep coming back because it’s a great place. Everything is within easy reach, including VPBank and several nice coffee shops. The housekeeper really stands out: she’s kind and keeps the place spotless. I hope she’s paid well, and please consider tipping her, she deserves it. 💗

Good price, clean throughout, and there’s always someone around to help. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out, too. Nhi and Michel at reception were especially friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it.
