Silverland Ben Thanh Hotel - Duplicate

The location puts you right in the busy area beside Ben Tranh market, which was perfect for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a fun Greek-meets-futuristic look. I especially liked the heated toilet seat. Breakfast had a wide range of good food, but the pool was a letdown: much smaller than expected and unlike the photos. I wasn't there for the pool anyway. Staff were friendly, though the front desk felt less attentive than the lovely restaurant staff. Maybe that's just the high traffic through the foyer.

Being right next to Ben Thanh Market makes it easy to shop, eat, and explore, then pop back to leave your bags before heading out again. Malls, restaurants, and many District 1 sights are within walking distance. For the location and quality, the rates are very reasonable compared with other hotels around Ben Thanh and District 1. We keep choosing Silverland Hotel Ben Thanh on our Saigon visits because the service, amenities, and value are so consistent. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, stylish, functional, and impeccably clean, with large windows looking out over Saigon and the Ben Thanh area. On our latest visit, we held my sister’s wedding welcome party on the rooftop. The team worked with us on the food and helped decorate, making a romantic, intimate space with lovely city views. Their care and attention made the evening memorable. Every staff member has been warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel continues to exceed our expectations. We'll absolutely return on future trips to Saigon.

We were visiting from the U.S., and I was looking for a good rooftop pool where my son and I could cool off from the Saigon heat. I was born in Vietnam and speak fluent Vietnamese. Even though we weren't hotel guests, Silverland Ben Thanh offered us a great deal to use the pool and surprised us with a special cocktail. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, with a refined atmosphere, and the experience felt well worth it. Staff were professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. In downtown Saigon I've sometimes noticed differences in service toward local Vietnamese guests and Western visitors, but that wasn't our experience here at all. The warmth and attention felt sincere throughout. Silverland will be my first choice when I return to Vietnam. Highly recommended!

The architecture, TET decorations, and facilities were lovely, and the staff were friendly. We were welcomed with the best drinks and snacks we'd had in a month in Vietnam. The air conditioned gym was a particular favorite. I only wish it had weights to add to the smith machine, a leg band attachment, and more of the lighter barbells, since those seemed to be missing from the rack. We'd happily recommend the hotel and return.
