Soul Station Studio Hotel II

As a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and cozy during my two days here, and had everything I needed. Everyone was so friendly. Thanks to the lady and the gentlemen I met who helped me with everything. The place was lovely, with thoughtful touches like the flags. I was so happy to see my country’s flag 🇸🇦. When I checked out, they gave me a lovely Christmas gift. Such a sweet gesture. Thank you all for making my trip safe and happy 🤍

It felt more like staying at a friend’s house than a hotel, since there aren’t many rooms and it never felt crowded. The area is quiet and mostly local, with not many tourists. The hotel looks like the pictures, and everything was clean and neat. Staff were friendly and ready to help, including with my laundry. There was hot water in the shower. I’m glad I chose this place and would definitely recommend it. PS, thank you for the cute Christmas gift 🥹

We booked through Booking, but had a very disappointing experience. It was hard to contact the owner from the start. We asked about checking in early, were told it wasn’t possible, and accepted that, so we took a one-day tour in Ho Chi Minh City. When we returned around midnight, the taxi couldn’t reach the hotel because it was deep in a small alley. We had to walk a long way with our luggage after a tiring day. The main door was locked. I rang the bell, but nobody opened it, and we couldn’t contact anyone at the hotel. There were no late check-in instructions. Our whole group was stranded in the middle of the night and had to find another hotel. After we got home, we found the owner had canceled our booking, which stopped us from leaving a review. I tried to leave reviews later, but they were declined. Really suck. We don’t recommend this place.

We stayed as a couple for four days and were comfortable throughout. It’s a lovely little place, with cozy, clean rooms and warm service. Special thanks to the friendly young guys at reception for all their help.
