The Bloom Pham Viet Chanh - Modern Living Space in Saigon - A Top Choice for Western Travelers

Kim was especially kind and helpful, going out of her way whenever I needed something. The staff overall were lovely throughout my stay. My room was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchenette that came in handy. The hotel sits in a quieter, less touristy area, which made the stay feel relaxed and authentic. I enjoyed the neighborhood as well, and it was about a 20-minute walk to the Chabad House. I'd happily stay here again.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, especially Japanese restaurants, so we didn't use the well-equipped kitchen. The room was comfortable, the WiFi worked well, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The location is good, though not right downtown, and a Grab ride there costs only a couple of bucks. A shower faucet was broken, but they fixed it fairly quickly. The ceramic soap and shampoo containers should be replaced, since they aren't suitable for a shower and fell a couple of times, breaking a cap once. Still, we had a very nice stay, it was very good value, and I'd recommend it.

Kim at reception was the highlight of our stay. She was so friendly, kind, and attentive, and did everything she could to make things easy and smooth for us. The rooms were spacious and clean, and worked perfectly for a city break in Ho Chi Minh City. We had a really good stay at the bloom. Thank you, Kim!

Pham Viet Cham is a great neighborhood, with fantastic food, close to D1 and within walking distance of the zoo. There's also a really good Japanese grocery store just around the corner. This is our go-to hotel in Saigon: the rooms are comfortable, and having a full hot and cold water dispenser in each room is priceless. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially at night, and breakfast is good. Best of all are the staff, who are always happy, kind, and helpful. Quynh, Ngan, Nguyen, and Dat at the front desk will help with anything you need for a great stay.
