The facilities were poor, and an outlet seemed dangerous. Service was unacceptable too. What kind of hotel makes guests carry their belongings from the ground floor up to the 4th with no help?

The building feels a little old, but the owner was lovely and very welcoming.

There’s no elevator, so I wouldn’t suggest this place for families, especially if someone is elderly. The rooms also don’t have fans or guest power outlets. It’s tucked in an alley and could work for an overnight stay or a city tour.
