The Hammock Hotel Fine Arts Museum

The rooftop is what I'll remember most, with indoor and outdoor space, city views, and an easy breakfast option. The location is excellent too, on a lively street and close to the Fine Arts Museum. Staff at reception were quiet and not especially eager to please, but they did their jobs fine. The unusual room layout brought back an immediate college dorm memory. My main issue was a distracting lingering smell of cheap perfume or body spray. A shame, since the bed was comfortable and the rest of the stay was solid.

The staff were so kind and helpful, especially at the front desk. Thank you, guys! I loved being able to unwind on the rooftop with a drink, a book, and views over the city. There are free drinks and snacks up there, and the breakfast was amazing. The room's hammock and easel were a fun touch. The free laundry was a lifesaver after days of mountain travel. The hotel is right by the Fine Arts museum and about a 10-minute walk from the market, all for a great price. I'd recommend it to friends visiting Ho Chi Minh and would book again if I'm back.

We thought the hotel might not live up to its description, but it turned out amazing. The lounge is open 24/7 and has unlimited water, soft drinks, beer, noodles, and snacks. It also has a balcony seating area, and there's a rooftop where you can relax and look out over the city. Everything was very clean, including our room. We slept comfortably, and the shower was very good. The staff were kind and helpful. The location is perfect, and the rate was so good for what you get. I'd absolutely stay again.

The hotel has a hard-to-describe charm, and the rooftop lounge was a relaxed, lovely surprise. Breakfast came as set menus, and the yoghurt was especially delicious. Our small room was cozy and had thoughtful extras, including earplugs, a shaver, comb, and cotton buds. Staff were polite and spoke English well. A young security guard was particularly helpful, and the tour desk arranged our Chu Chi Tunnels visit. Our guide Kevin was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to handle our requests. There are plenty of cool cafés and local food nearby, making it easy to explore. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, memorable stay and would definitely return.
