Our studio had everything we needed and much more, and everyone was friendly. There’s a full stove and oven, microwave, mini fridge with freezer, plus plenty of cookware and utensils. The free washer and dryer are handy, but you need to bring your own detergent. We had access to the gym, which has a rock climbing wall, and the rooftop pool has nice river views. Guest parking is on level three, with bikes on one side and cars on the other. The building is very secure, with 24-hour security and the front desk staffed at all hours. Half the building is serviced apartments like ours, while the other half is occupied by businesses. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The only disappointment was that all the balcony rooms were occupied. They looked really nice, so next time I’d try to book one several months ahead. Note, you have to book directly through their website.

Thuy Tien was incredibly helpful, kind, and quick to respond, making everything smooth from check-in through checkout. The apartment at The Landmark was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a kitchen and strong Wi-Fi. It’s right in the heart of District 1, and I’d highly recommend staying here when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The food was awesome, and the hotel has modern amenities including a spa and swimming pool. It’s a beautiful, luxurious place in a prime part of Saigon, not far from the market. From the balcony, you can get a splendid view of the sky and the Saigon river.

I needed a swim and a workout while in Ho Chi Min city, and this place was perfect. There’s a sauna, yoga studio, bouldering gym above the city, squash court, swimming pool, and more. The price was very reasonable too.
