A friend recommended this hotel, and it really exceeded what I expected. The amenities were outstanding, and the staff were both friendly and very helpful. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip 💯.
2/10
We walked in and booked a room here, and they charged us 1,200,000D for one night before we found the much lower price on the website. That was for a normal, very small room with no breakfast. We asked them to match the price on OTA sites, but they refused. Honestly, that’s pretty silly. Wouldn’t recommend.
10/10
I stayed for three nights and found it comfortable. I called reception to order food to the room. It was good, 9/10, and arrived hot. I think they get it from their own restaurant nearby.
2/10
The male staff member spoke to customers without looking them in the eye and came across as dismissive and arrogant. A receptionist with that kind of attitude really hurts the hotel’s image.
10/10
There are lots of restaurants nearby, which makes it very convenient. I’m satisfied with the stay, and the room was very clean!
