The Shilla Luxury I Hotel-더신라럭셔리호텔

District 7 is a great area, with plenty of restaurants and shops. Being outside the city is advisable. A taxi ride is only 25 minutes and costs about £2. The city is mayhem, but it's an experience. The room was clean and tidy, though not luxurious. It could get noisy in the evening from other guests, and a cat howled all night. Work at a neighboring hotel meant hammer drills started at 07:30am. Staff were friendly, but their English was limited. Room service was hit and miss, sometimes forgetting water and loo roll, although the rooms themselves were clean.

The location is quiet and relaxed, but still very convenient, and I'd happily come back to Hotel Shilla Luxury in District 7. My room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed. Rayan, Zoey, and Khomsun were especially friendly and attentive, and quick to help with requests. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

I liked it enough to extend my stay by another week. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned well every day. They're a little old, but very clean, with no mold or insects. For the price, it's a good hotel. It's away from the center, but in a calm, quiet area.

After more than a week here, 11 days in all, we moved out because the staff weren't listening to us. The service was very poor, with little attention to guests. A man did the cleaning badly, and even after I asked three times for the bathroom to be cleaned, it still wasn't done. Water was leaking from the faucet, and the floors were poorly cleaned too. I also left a valuable item in the room. I wrote several times and described exactly where it was, but they said they'd checked and found nothing. I came back myself and found it, which showed they hadn't really looked. If you don't mind poor cleanliness and careless staff, you might be able to stay here. I strongly don't recommend it.
