The nearby amenities are very complete, with a supermarket, metro station, and shopping mall close by. The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly.

10/10
The area is convenient for getting around on foot or by transport, and the prices were reasonable as of Aug 2021. Spring House is a great place to stay in Binh Thanh area. Rooms are fresh and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment, and cleaning was timely and good. The staff, including the owner, were smiling, helpful, responsible, and reliable, and they speak English.

I was in the room for only five minutes before the paint, glue, and silicone fumes, along with construction dust and residue, made me leave and book another hotel. The rooms seem toxic because the place is so new. They refused to refund my money, and the health department is looking into them. I would not stay here.

The staff have been so kind and generous, and they’ve gone out of their way to help whenever they can. I’d especially recommend this place for a longer stay. Really amazing.

The location is incredible, and the rooms were clean with good service. I stayed for two and a half weeks and had a really great time. The staff were very friendly too.
