We stayed for 3 days, and the housekeeper was attentive and helped keep the room clean. The receptionist was friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is close to restaurants, with places to eat just a short walk away. Our room had everything we needed: it was clean and spacious, with air conditioning, hot and cold water, and a smart TV.

The staff were very helpful, and even though my room had a window, it was quiet. The hotel is clean and has made improvements based on guest feedback. I’ll definitely stay here again and support them ♥️

When I got there, the woman said I was late, even though I had reserved the room for a specific time through Go2Joy. The hotel had let other guests use the room I booked. I have a recording of the conversation. She was indifferent and unhelpful. She also wanted to charge me extra for a double room that day, and I refused. First she blamed me for being late; now she blames the hotel for not holding the room. If I hadn't asked to cancel the reservation through the app, she probably wouldn't have bothered. I HAD MADE A RESERVATION, and they didn't keep the room, then blamed me. Unbelievable.

Oh my god, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioner was broken, so it was unbearably hot. The price quoted and the amount they charged were different. Please clean the room properly. It smelled awful, and the bedsheets were dirty. It was disgusting to lie on them.
