This was an awful experience. I was waiting for a cancellation and a taxi, and could hear everything through the glass doors, which have no soundproofing. Someone in another room had a video playing extremely loudly. I was shocked all over again. I’d booked a room with a large window and paid extra for one without bars. Instead, they put me in room 103 on the first floor, with bars on the window, and told me there were no other rooms available that day. Then why were they still selling other room types? They also said the air conditioning wasn’t working, which shocked me. There was no one at the property when I arrived. I had no internet, so I asked a nearby guy to help call the staff. They told me to contact them on WhatsApp, but their phone seemed unavailable: my message only showed one tick. I was also surprised to find there was no elevator, even though the booking platform hadn’t mentioned that. They expected me to carry my 30 kg suitcase upstairs myself. They claimed they had no more rooms, but the platform was still listing different ones. I’ve never had a worse experience.
