We had a penthouse suite for the weekend, with a large balcony and a lovely city view. The rooftop greenery was nice, and the outdoor kitchen had a microwave, sink, full-sized fridge, and a big dining table. Everything suited us just right.

The hall smelled like dead rats as soon as I came in, and I wanted to leave right away. By then, though, the payment had already gone through. The service was poor too: security watched me carry my infant and luggage upstairs without helping, and the receptionist gave me no instructions about the room. The key barely worked, and when I asked for help, she had an attitude. Minus 10 out of 10. I would never recommend staying here.

It's not far from downtown, and the location and room price are good. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby at reasonable prices. The drinks in the room fridge are another matter: something bought for 8,000 is sold for 25,000, which I think is too much.

We have to move out today, and we definitely won't come back. They didn't follow the agreements they made with customers, and the receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She kept raising her voice during conversations, and we felt she was lying. I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed for six days in a quiet, clean room, and the price felt more than fair. There are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. I'd definitely stay again.
