TTC Hotel Deluxe Airport

I stay here whenever I visit Saigon, and the service is always amazing. When plans changed after I booked through a third-party site, front desk manager Moon Nguyen ( Hang) patiently helped me change the reservation. You can tell they put customers first. Thoa and Thien at the front desk were kind and easy to talk to, and helped whenever we needed anything. Sang, Thanh, and the bellhops were kind too, even with little things like opening the door. Housekeeping leader Kim Cuc and the workers Hong and Bo were incredible as well. If anything comes up, the staff are right on it. We'll keep coming back when we visit Saigon. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are the reason we return whenever we're in Saigon. They're kind, easygoing, and always so accommodating. Head housekeeper Kim Cuc is wonderful and helps with whatever we need. Once our shower pressure was weak, and Cuc replaced the shower head without any trouble. The location is great too, but it's the staff that bring us back.

The airport is close, and there are a couple of good places to eat within walking distance. That’s about the only thing going for this hotel. It feels very dated, and the breakfast choices are pathetic. The quiet rooms at the back have no windows, which made mine feel like a prison. Rooms with windows look out onto the Hoang Van Thu roundabout, where the traffic and constant honking are enough to make you dizzy. The bell staff were friendly, but reception felt as cold as the breakfast.

There’s plenty of space in the room, but the hotel feels old. Mine had no windows, and there’s no air conditioning in the corridor or security system for the lift.
