I came away with a good impression of this new hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I wish the place continued success and growth. There are small shops close by for essentials, and breakfast and coffee are available on the ground floor. They also provided free laundry, which made it easy to freshen up my clothes. The room was spacious and bright, with the appliances and utensils I needed. The doors felt sturdy and the locks secure, and I loved the bed, I slept like I was on a cloud. It was quiet outside at night, with any local celebrations ending by 11 PM at the latest. Noise between rooms varied: sometimes I heard very little, other times more, though that seemed to depend on people rather than the hotel. I was comfortable since I always wear earplugs to bed. As of February 2026, the elevators were installed but not operating yet, and I figured they would be working a little later. The wide, convenient stairs meant I had no trouble with my suitcases. The hotel seemed to have only recently opened.

The location is a bit remote, and there aren't many nearby restaurants or cafes that are foreigner-friendly. Still, I’ll be back. The room was brand new, spotless, and so spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Its quality even exceeded what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

The apartment was nice, and we got to check in early at 11:00 AM since the room was ready. Check-in itself was remote. It took about 15 minutes by car to reach the city center, and the booking price was reasonable at 26 USD. A few things could use attention if the owner chooses to address them: the shower drained slowly, there were no proper pillows, and there was no washing machine. I also killed about 7-8 mosquitoes by hand, so mosquito repellent is needed.

It’s close to the city center and a supermarket, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The space was quiet, with a large balcony, and the rooms were very clean. Everything was modern, complete, and carefully maintained, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in Saigon.
