I’ve been coming back since 2008, about twice a year, and it always feels a little like coming home. The staff, manager, and owner are friendly, and the restaurant food is delicious. Breakfast is consistently great, especially the fresh orange juice. The location works well for me, close to VIVO and Cresent mall. There are supermarkets and an ATM within walking distance, and District one is about a 30-minute Grab ride by car or bike. The cleaning staff keep the room fresh, and my laundry is ready when I get back from work in the afternoon. Already looking forward to my next visit at the end of the year.

I stopped by to check the place out for a future District 7 trip. It looked good, and I had a nice coffee and soup while I was there. I’ll decide about five stars after I’ve stayed.

I had a quiet, welcoming stay in Saigon, and it felt a lot like being with family. The hotel isn’t large, but it has plenty of amenities and a restaurant with lots of tasty dishes. It was exceptionally clean, in the modern Phu My Hung urban area, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff were polite and dedicated, and the service was excellent. The owner was especially warm. She often greeted my spouse and me, paid close attention to guest feedback, and seemed committed to continually improving the service.

There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby, plus a few malls within walking distance, so the location is really convenient. The building and its furniture and appliances seemed a bit old, but we had no problems with them. Staff were friendly, most spoke English, and the hotel restaurant offered a wide range of food and drinks.
