We were so happy and felt blessed by the welcome at Wah Fu. I’d mentioned that we were having our wedding banquet in Vietnam and asked if they could decorate our room for arrival. The Wah Fu staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room, decorating it, and leaving a bottle of wine. Everyone was wonderful. We’d planned to stay somewhere else after our Hanoi trip, but chose to return to Wah Fu instead. The rooms were better than the nearby hotels I checked for comparison, more modern and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, and we especially loved the beautiful deep bathtub and fancy toilet with built in bidets and a warmed seat. The location is great too, a short Grab ride from the city and a five minute walk to a local shopping centre. We’ll book here again on a future visit to Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The sound insulation was terrible. I could hear staff talking outside my room, and the hotel's renovation noise during the day kept me from sleeping. I had to check out 20 hours early and go to the nearby Windsor, while still paying for the full day through Agoda.

We booked through Expedia, but money was stolen from all three of us after our lockers in the changing room were opened. We spent a long time talking to management and also went to the police, and got nowhere. Other reviews suggest this has happened here quite often, so avoid the place at all costs.

I checked in late, and the front desk staff were really friendly and pointed me toward the nearest food street. The hotel is close to Chinatown, and it was the best value place I stayed at in HCM.

The soundproofing is awful. A new KTV called Jinjue opened next door, and it was noisy until 2 a.m. last night, January 4th. I don't want to go through that again.
