The room was filthy, and there were ants on and under the mattress. We barely slept because we were afraid of waking up covered in them. The toilet was dirty too. We had to wedge the shoe rack against the door because we didn’t trust the lock. At checkout, the man at the desk couldn’t use the machine and left on a scooter. With no English, another man came back on a bike. I waited about 20 minutes to pay and leave for our flight, and meanwhile a rat the size of a small dog kept running beside the foyer. Horrified doesn’t cover it. Do not stay here, ever.

I arrived at midnight before an early flight and couldn’t find another place to stay, so I was stuck here for the night. The room hadn’t been cleaned, the bed had ants, and there was old urine on the toilet seat that I had to wipe off myself. The hotel was damp and crawling with cockroaches, and there was a HUGE hole in the ceiling above the shower. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The service and location made me very happy, and the place was very clean and Teddy. The customer service was excellent, with 5* facilities, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d recommend it to everyone and will return to this hotel whenever I’m in Vietnam. All the very best to the White Diamond team, keep going. You deserve more.

The reception was hot and dirty, with stuff all over the place. In the room, the walls were moldy, the air conditioner smelled, and the floor was dirty. The toilet smelled really bad too, and the water pressure was weak. The room itself was old and dirty.

The room smelled moldy, and the sink was completely clogged. The two guys at the front desk were clueless and rude. Stay away!
