Windsor Plaza Hotel

It's a clean, comfortable, well-kept hotel with a great breakfast and truly amazing staff. Service was attentive and outstanding throughout our stay. It's not in District 1, so it's not the place to choose if you want to step straight into the action. A Grab takes about 20 minutes and costs roughly $2-3 CAD. We liked the quieter area while still being close enough to everything. A great fit if you care more about comfort, cleanliness, and service than being in the middle of the nightlife and tourist zones.

I was very disappointed with Windsor Hotel. For a property presented as five-star, the experience fell far short of what a guest could reasonably expect. I had just been discharged from the hospital and moved there to have comfort, reliable service, and attentive care while I was physically vulnerable. I trusted the hotel's reputation and its proximity to where I'd been staying, but my needs weren't handled professionally. When I called for room service and ordered soup, they said it wasn't available because the kitchen was “busy.” Refusing such a basic request, especially from an unwell guest, felt like a serious failure of hospitality. Essential services shouldn't depend on convenience. The stay left me wondering what the hotel considers five-star service. A luxury rating feels misleading when consistency, responsiveness, and care are missing. The whole experience was stressful when comfort should have come first. I can't recommend Windsor Hotel, and management should reassess its service standards so guests receive the care they're promised.

The rooms and hotel facilities were all great, including a nice, cool bar on the roof, and the staff were amazing: kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is accessible, with equipment for a disabled person, so I definitely recommend booking it if you have a relative who uses a wheelchair. Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable. An dong market and 7-Eleven are right across the road, and a larger co-op supermarket is behind the market. There are delicious local restaurants nearby too. The hotel is away from the hustle of district 1, with shuttle buses to places of interest. When a xanh sm driver tried to overcharge us, the doorman came to help. We'd come back for another amazing stay. I was surprised by the number of recent negative reviews. The place is beautiful, with marble floors, crystal lamps, and elegant decorations. Our room and bathroom were huge, the executive lounge had an amazing view, and the gym was new and well equipped.
