AN Retreats Ninh Binh

The room was spacious, but we didn't rest well at all. Construction started at 6 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday, and the noise made proper sleep impossible. The walls are thin too, so we could hear the neighbors clearly. The bathroom layout wasn't practical, with the toilet right beside the shower and very little room. Breakfast was disappointing: it wasn't a buffet, just a very limited a la carte menu with one choice and little variety. We wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and having a Japanese-style toilet was a nice bonus. It was neat to have a private pool, though the water was chilly. The main street is about a 15-minute walk away, but getting a Grab was easy. The staff were friendly, but breakfast was the reason for the four stars. They are trying, but it was average at best.

The pool was clean and well looked after. The water was cold, but that's ideal on a hot day. Our room felt big and well designed, and the villa itself is beautiful with really clean rooms. The bathrooms were clean too, though a small gap in the outer walls let mosquitoes in. The staff were very friendly and kind. NHung, Quynh, and Tu looked after us and our daughter well.

The rooms were cizy, and the service was awesome and friendly. Tu was especially resourceful and helpful the whole time. She’s a real asset to the resort.
