Binh An Nhien Hotel

We really loved our room: it was clean, magnificent, and had a stunning view. The rest of the hotel staff were kind and helpful too. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown, though. There was plenty to choose from in the large dining area, and the Pho was great, but the sandwich bread couldn't be toasted and the spaghetti tasted like sweet ketchup sauce. We waited to be served, but the worker barely looked up when we came in and only came to cook eggs after a while. There were lots of carbs and not many kinds of meat.

The night market is a bit of a walk away, but I'd still stay here again without hesitation. We had great views, very good breakfast, and excellent staff. The beds were plush and soft, even by US standards.

We booked a room for two and were upgraded to one for four without paying extra. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff don't wear uniforms and don't speak English, but they were very helpful. They also stored our suitcase and helped us rent a motorbike for the day.

The pool isn't part of the hotel building. You have to go outside and walk to another building to use it. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, apparently from people smoking next door, and the front desk just apologized and left it at that. The TV had no service either. Staff checked it themselves and confirmed the problem, but the front desk still told us another room had TV. I wouldn't stay here again or spend my money here. I'd sooner support a homestay where someone cares about how guests are treated.
