The owner was fantastic, always welcoming and available, with really cheap services. The limousine van cost less than 12Go, and scooter rental was super cheap. She was born and raised here and gave me loads of advice about places to visit and eat, including excellent local spots that aren’t touristy. The room was really clean and comfortable, and breakfast and lunch were both delicious and generous. Best quality for the price of any hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. I recommend it!

Hoan is what made this place special for me. She speaks very good English, so everything was easy to sort out, and she’s incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. As a solo traveller, I felt genuinely looked after and could trust her completely. I enjoyed chatting with her and learning about Vietnamese culture. She helped me book a night bus and took me to the stop. I also rented a scooter, and when a small issue came up, she immediately replaced it with one that had the same amount of fuel. I really appreciated that. Breakfast had several choices and fresh fruit, and the rooms were simple and clean. My room on the third floor was quiet. I picked this homestay because of the great reviews, and I’m glad I did. It went beyond what I expected, and I 100% recommend it because I know she’ll do everything she can to make you happy.

Oanh works incredibly hard and does everything she can to make guests comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was much more comfortable than many I’ve had in Vietnam. The hotel is on a quiet side street just off the main road, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. We didn’t hear any noise at all. A wonderful place to stay in beautiful Ninh Binh. We had a very pleasant visit and would definitely recommend it!

You can rent bicycles here for 50,000 each per day. The staff were very friendly and polite, and we’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area 🙂 Our room was fairly spacious and clean, with the basic supplies, a comfortable bed, and A/C that worked well. It’s about a minute’s walk from the top of the main street, so everything is within walking distance but there’s none of the noise. We stayed a few nights after seeing the positive reviews.

I only planned to stay one night, but the room was so comfortable that I stayed much longer. From the first day, Oahn was attentive, offered advice, and made sure the room was sparkling clean. She did so much to make the stay lovely, even letting me use her kitchen. The location is perfect on a quiet street, and she’s also a super photographer! It felt like I was welcomed into a family, not just another guest. I’d gladly stay again if I return to Tam Coc. Thank you, Oahn, for everything. Hope to see you again soon, my friend! Take care 🌷💕
