Nature Garden Ecolodge Ninh Binh

The staff felt very natural and honest, and the food was the best of the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, even compared with more expensive places. We booked private full-day trips and paid about 90 euros per person. The pool was great for swimming, although the warm pool wasn’t working. The private bath more than made up for that. I’d like to bring my parents here!

The people running and working here made the stay special. They were unbelievably nice and had a real community feel, with their families around, kids playing, and the place’s dog and cats. They welcomed us in, and that warmth made the area worth the trip. A little slice of paradise tucked away. The ecolodge is small and beautiful, with really nice rooms and a fantastic price for what you get. After a week and a half in the country, the restaurant food may have been the best we’d had, and the drinks were perfect too. You can’t walk or bike to the sights, but it’s a short drive and easy to arrange a car or tour pickup. The massage was a surprise. We’ve had lots while traveling these past weeks, and this was easily the best by far. A must do.

You can rent a scooter right at the hotel, which makes exploring nearby areas easy. The staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help, with truly outstanding service. Food was very good and had plenty of tasty choices. The pool is a great size for relaxing, and we really appreciated having the towels changed regularly.

We had a wonderful stay at Nature Garden Eco Lodge in Feb. The setting is gorgeous and tucked away. It’s outside walking distance, but an easy Grab ride to lots of destinations. We enjoyed walks and bike rides through the beautiful countryside, using the bikes they provide, and also took tours to Trang An, Pagodas, and Mua caves. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and they offer tours and help with transportation. Candy was especially genuine and kind. She even drove me to the pharmacy to get medicine for a friend and wouldn’t accept a tip. There’s a restaurant on site, and the mango smoothies are amazing. I can’t remember the waiter’s name now, but he was delightful too.
