The whole place was beautiful and so peaceful, and our room was modern, spotless, and just right. We arrived on February 16 for Tết, when no Grab cars were available. We called the hotel, and they kindly came to pick us up. They welcomed us warmly and were always there whenever we needed something. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽

The host and his wife came out to help when the scooter we rented at the hotel stopped working halfway through the day. They fixed it for us, and the host was incredibly friendly about the whole thing. I’ve never had a host like that. The place was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and breakfast and water were free. There’s also a pool table and football fields. We rented scooters there too. It’s perfectly situated between Ninh Binh city and Tam Coc. This is the best hotel in Ninh Binh, and I’d recommend it to anyone. Those false 1 star reviews are absolutely untrue!

Our group of 43 had an awful stay, and paying 15 million VND for 17 rooms didn’t feel worth it. The place seemed to be operating with only 30% of what was advertised, before construction had even been completed. The rooms were laid out like a row of hostels. There was no wifi, the pool was broken, and the dining and relaxation area was unfinished. Cooking equipment was basic and lacking, and the tables were stainless steel. The owner's wife was always sullen and grumpy, and didn’t support our group during the stay.
