The family who run Tam Coc Paradise Homestay were so welcoming and did everything they could to help us, from answering questions about local trips and tours to arranging our onward bus to Phong Nha. The owner found us a better deal on both price and service, including a shuttle from the homestay to the main sleeper bus. Even though we checked out at 11am and our bus wasn't until evening, we could leave our luggage and use the showers before heading out. They gave us water and helped carry our bags to the shuttle. The care and hospitality were above and beyond. Our room was exactly as pictured, if not better, with a very comfortable bed, fresh-smelling clean linen and towels, and great amenities. The shower always had hot water. Breakfast was included and could be ordered the night before. The ingredients were fresh, and we especially liked the banana pancakes and fruit juices. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and the value for money was incredible. We'd happily recommend Tam Coc Paradise Homestay, and the quality we received would justify a higher price.

The owner was especially kind and welcoming, and helped arrange our airport pickup. We're very grateful for his help and for having us. The hotel was excellent value and included a great breakfast and coffee. We had a wonderful stay.

A lovely, relaxed homestay, kept very clean and furnished with care. During the New Year holiday season, they helped us sort out our next bus and even drove us to the station. We had a great time and would strongly recommend it.

The whole family running the homestay were lovely, and the host was especially helpful. When our bus was cancelled, he helped us book onward travel. We also rented bikes and used the laundry service. Our ground-floor family room had two double beds, a fridge, and was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, and the location was brilliant. We'd definitely come back.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was freshly cooked every morning with delicious coffee. The family running this beautiful homestay were lovely and went out of their way to help, including offering advice on places to visit and arranging transport for a better price than online. It's quiet just back from Tam Coc centre, with no street noise, but only a couple of minutes' walk from restaurants and shops. We're so glad we stayed here. Thank you!
