The host is friendly and answers whatever you ask, and is helpful too. But I didn't like this hotel. There's no staff working here, so the host seems lazy about things: the room wasn't cleaned every day, and breakfast was only prepared sometimes. Laundry costs 50,000 dong, more than at other places, and keep an eye on how many clothes you give them because the count may be off.

It's quiet, the rooms are nice, and the lady was very kind and helpful. You can rent good motorbikes there, and she also helps with planning your trip.

The host family was friendly, the meals were really delicious, and the rooms were clean. Good service too.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was included, though the portions were pretty small. Everything else was fine. Still, it felt like one of those places in Vietnam, and there are many like it but not all, where money seems to be all that matters. You could feel that in the service and in the supposedly free breakfasts.

Our room was damp and musty, with no proper air circulation because its window faced the indoor hallway. We'd booked a garden-view room, but that's not what we got. The rooms also weren't cleaned during our three-day stay. We did manage to check in very early, but that didn't make up for the rest. Laundry cost 50,000 dong per kg, which wasn't cheap, and then a T-shirt was missing. When we told the owner, she immediately knew what was going on. We were also sold bus tickets for double the price. The owner isn't trustworthy. Don't book this place under any circumstances!
