Thanh Loi 2 Hotel

Breakfast had plenty of choice, tasted good, and was different each day. I also found the front desk staff consistently helpful, and room service was quick. The rooms were tidy and well arranged, with lovely city views. On arrival, the hotel felt warm, modern, and luxurious, and the professional welcome made a good first impression. It seems well suited to families on holiday as well as business travelers.

The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, so I have no complaints about the service. The room was clean, had all the amenities, and came at a reasonable price. There was a lovely view, and the hotel's central position made it easy to get to other places.

There are plenty of restaurants close by, including the well-known Kim Son vermicelli soup, and I noticed the hotel has long-term rentals too. I've visited Ninh Binh many times, and this is the best hotel I've come across there. It's recently renovated, very clean, and has the essentials, including a bedroom and kitchen. Getting here from Hanoi is convenient, with two limousine services at the start of the street. The Square and the Old Quarter are about a 2km walk away.

Each room has a washing machine, and the rooms and furniture are new. The included services and cleaning could have been better, but they were acceptable.
