Tuyet's Homestay

We celebrated our anniversary here, and the hosts made it so memorable. They were welcoming and treated us so well. We hired bikes and enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The homestay is surrounded by nature in a quiet area, but restaurants and cafes are still easy to get to. It’s our favourite place we’ve stayed. We recommend booking the water bungalow for a more immersive experience, with a slow, relaxed view of the varied countryside and lovely local people. Don’t hesitate to book this homestay.

The bungalow was amazing, with great views and so much greenery that it felt like being in the jungle. It’s tucked down an alley, but just a few steps from the main road, where there are lots of restaurants and cafes. I first stayed one night in a king room, which was great, then moved into the bungalow for four more nights. My original two-night stay turned into five, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The host greeted us with a smile every time. Bikes were available, and some of the best pork banh mi I’ve had in Vietnam was here too.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed the quieter side of town. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with extra privacy because it faced the water. The puppies are adorable. Breakfast is available, and there’s a filtered water dispenser. The owners were kind and made sure we were well looked after. They can also arrange tours and transport.

The room was okay, and the male owner seemed decent. My experience with the female owner was very unpleasant, though. When I messaged her with valid concerns, she made no effort to help and blocked me right away. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially to foreigners. There are better places with more professional service elsewhere.
