There was rust and dirt, including mouse droppings, and things were broken. The toilets were clogged. Our balcony door beside the bed wouldn’t shut properly, so we heard dogs barking all night. The broken door also made the room chilly, and we had to get a blanket from the closet ourselves. Staff didn’t speak any English, so we had to use Google Translate. We had to ask about breakfast the next day or they wouldn’t have bothered. We were the only guests in the hotel, and I can’t imagine how it would have been with more people.

The location is perfect, and the facilities are above three-star hotel standard. We were made to feel very welcome. Both owners and employees were friendly.
