The location is convenient for the price, with Hoi An ancient town less than a 10-minute walk away. The room wasn’t in very good condition, but was fine for one night. The shower pressure is very strong, though you can’t adjust the temperature. Soundproofing is poor, and street noise comes through easily.

The room could have been nice, but the fridge was moldy and smelled, and the bathroom floor and door had old suntan stains. We brought these problems up over three days, but they still weren’t cleaned. In the end, we bought bleach and sponges and did the cleaning ourselves.

We liked the accommodation and extended our stay by another night. The rooms and location were perfect for us, and the price was good. We’d definitely come back.

The location was great, just a short walk from Hoi An old town, tailors, beauty salons, and convenience shops. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the spacious shower worked well. Housekeeping brought fresh bottled water and towels each day. I found a few little bugs on the bed, though I’ve seen that across South East Asia. The sockets beside the bed were wobbly and half hanging out of the wall, but they worked. We were cautious using them. We arrived at 6 am after booking three nights. The first gentleman said check-in wasn’t until 2 pm, which was fair enough. Then another gentleman offered early check-in for an extra 200,000 VND, which was very helpful. I’d happily stay again.
