Thanh Phan looked after us really well. The rooms are clean, the service is great, and the location is perfect. We'll come back!

8/10
The staff were professional, friendly, and enthusiastic. There's a breakfast buffet, though it wasn't included when I booked. Parking is along the front of the hotel, with odd and even days. The room had everything, but it felt a bit old in places, like the cabinet corners. That was my general impression: fully equipped, but somewhat dated.

6/10
The breakfast was good, and the location was okay. I also liked having a water station in the lobby to refill bottles. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good, but the room felt damp and the walls needed cleaning and some mold remediation. The king bed was really just two beds pushed together, with a hard center, so it felt like separate beds.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I'd stay again.

8/10
The room was clean, the bed was good, and the large shower and air conditioning both worked well. The staff were very nice and friendly. You can book the DMZ tour directly at reception. There was a little noise from people walking along the hallway, but it wasn't much of a disturbance.
