I paid for a room through Agoda, but when I got there, the hotel wasn’t there. The phone number didn’t work either. This feels like a scam by both the hotel and Agoda. Don’t let them scam you.

The money was deducted and never refunded, even though this place is no longer operating. It still appears on Traveloka and accepts bookings. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. The address led to a private house with no sign, and there was no way to knock. Scam everyone!

There are lots of little places to eat tucked into the alleys around here, which works well if you’re traveling by motorbike.

The price is reasonable, and it’s conveniently close to Hue’s tourist sights. The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly.
