We had a downstairs double room beside reception, and that one was hard to recommend. Dampness was constant in the very modern bathroom, and one wall seemed damp or possibly moldy. The thin walls let you hear people coming and going, and light from outside streamed through the door and the window facing reception. I suspect the other rooms are better. The homestay itself is right in the Travellers Area, close to bars and nice shops for wandering around, yet set back on a side street so the nighttime noise doesn't really carry into it.

I happened to be staying here when the storm hit Central Vietnam. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the owners were kind enough to make me instant beef noodles. Thanks, Ben Homestay!

The host family always welcomed guests with a smile and made the place feel warm and friendly. The accommodation was clean and the price reasonable. Five stars.
