I admit I was wrong to forget to pay during my stay, but I was willing to pay once I had the information. I’d already sent the homestay a sincere apology, yet they yelled at me for being a little late. The homestay also doesn’t register guests’ stays. Everyone should avoid this place. I’ll report the failure to register guests to the police so they can understand the homestay’s business practices.

After traveling from Hanoi, I arrived expecting the room I’d booked a month earlier. The owner told me on the phone that it had been rented to someone else, so I had to find another place on my own. That’s an unreliable way to run a business. I won’t come back.

I drove 5km to the homestay after booking successfully through Agoda, but the owner said there were no rooms and refused to check me in. When I asked people who were already staying there, they told me rooms were still available.

The owner was really helpful, and the room had everything I needed, including a kitchen. It was spacious and even had a projector. For such a low price, I felt it was well worth it.

The staff are so enthusiastic, and the rates are reasonable. It’s also close to the center, with airport taxis and motorbike rentals available. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hue. Hope you have a happy trip!
