The coffee shop downstairs was really nice, and the staff were very helpful. The location is okay, just a short walk from the main part of town. Our first room was tiny, and its shuttered window looked straight onto the main walkway, so we upgraded. The second room was much better and was fine overall. The odd thing was the toilet, which sat two steps up and looked like a throne. I was excited about it at first, but it turned out to be impractical, especially after a shower left the floor wet and slippery. Climbing up then was a bit of a task.

For 400K, this was a good quality hotel at a really reasonable price. It's close enough to the centre, but far enough away to be quiet. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and they let us bring our tandem bicycle inside 🙏 The only snag was the wifi cutting in and out, but we highly recommend the place!

The area was quiet, which I really needed after so many noisy places in Vietnam. The staff don't speak English, but their smiles were enough for me. I preferred that to dealing with grumpy English-speaking staff. My bedroom was clean with fresh sheets, and there was a cheap coffee shop downstairs. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the imperial city. Recommended!

The location is handy, close to the city centre, restaurants, and a cafe downstairs. We also rented a motorbike when we arrived, and there was parking in front with an attendant. For the price, it feels worth it, though you can't expect a lot. The room wasn't very clean. Amenities were basic: two bottles of mineral water per day, no complimentary coffee or tea, and just two toothbrushes and a comb. There was a TV, but the remote didn't work. We asked staff to change the batteries and got no response.
