Hello Villa & Spa

The villa was filthy, with dirty towels and bed linens, and the hygiene was unacceptable. Cockroaches, bugs, lizards, and other creatures were everywhere. We had a horrible stay, and I strongly recommend not booking this place.

We found two dead cockroaches in one shower, and every bathroom smelled of mould. Even the toilet paper rolls were mouldy. There was little privacy, and we saw security cameras inside the Villa. The smell hit us as soon as we walked in, and the photos don't show the Villa's actual condition at all. For what it cost, it was a pretty bad experience.

The pools were lovely for an afternoon dip, and the beds were comfortable with clean sheets. But this was one of the most expensive places we stayed in Vietnam, and it didn't match up to the others. The rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, there wasn't enough toilet paper, and there were no shower toiletries or mats. We had no hot water or umbrellas either, and the staff barely spoke to us or checked if we were okay. Most rooms had TVs with no power point, so there was no use for them. The karaoke room itself was amazing, but an hour cost an extra 300,000 dong. The machine ran out of charge after about 10 minutes and took around 20 minutes to get going again. They added 20 minutes to make up for it, though they still stopped us right on time.

There were so many cockroaches and bugs that we couldn't sleep there, so we left and got no refund. When we brought it up, the owner was extremely rude.
