Holiday Diamond Hotel

The one downside was the dogs barking nonstop next door. I think the place might be some kind of dog motel, and I hope they can sort that out. Apart from that, this place was such a find in Vietnam. The staff were incredibly kind, with some of the best service I had on my whole trip. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the room was beautiful and spotless. Even the bed was the best I'd slept in, soft and with a blanket big enough to cover it properly. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Friends I met while traveling suggested this place, and I'd gladly pass on the recommendation. From the start, the staff were attentive and sincere, always checking in and ready with advice or information. My room was lovely, with a clean bathroom and complimentary toiletries, a large comfortable double bed, and a good view over the city. There was also a minibar with tea, coffee, and water provided.

The location worked perfectly for me, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and the Imperial City. I spent three nights here and found the rooms clean and spacious. The WiFi was among the best I had in Vietnam. The staff were very welcoming and gave me useful suggestions for restaurants and sights. Free breakfast was a nice extra.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The staff were so polite and friendly, and greeted us with refreshing watermelon juice and fruit. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space for two. Breakfast was good and enough for us, and the staff kept checking whether everything was okay or if we needed anything. I'd recommend the hotel, the service was high quality for a reasonable price.
