Nhu Phu Hotel

The street food right across the road was delicious, and there were lots of other places to eat, plus cà phês and bars along the street. It was quiet at night, and breakfast had a nice range of options. From breakfast through bedtime, everything was great: very clean, friendly staff, good air conditioning, and flawless Wi-Fi. It's one of the nicest hotels for the price in hué, so don't expect the newest facilities. Thanks so much, nhu phu squad, I had a really great stay with you!

I found the room dirty, and the chair had a broken leg. There was also a wasp in there. The photos show only the better-looking rooms. Skip this place, it's worth spending a little extra to stay somewhere better just down the street.

While we were having breakfast downstairs, someone took the exact same amount from each of our two wallets. They didn't take all the money, probably to make it less obvious, but we noticed because we'd just withdrawn cash. The door was locked, so whoever did it must have had a key. It was probably someone on the staff. We told reception, but they didn't give a f**k. It was probably something the whole hotel had arranged, since we were out of the room only briefly and they even gave us extra food at breakfast. Don't stay here. Your valuables aren't safe.

We were robbed while we were out, so stay away unless you want to lose your money and your mind. Make sure you always ask for a receipt too. We forgot, and they tried to charge us again. The hot shower lasted only the first two minutes. I asked them to fix it, but nothing happened. Not worth a penny!
