Hapyson Hotel

I arrived straight from the hospital with injuries to my back and shoulder. The staff did everything they could to help me feel comfortable during my stay.

The rooftop café and restaurant had a fantastic view over the city and countryside, and the food I tried was really good, though the menu was a bit limited. It cost a little more than street food, but it was a lovely spot to eat. The staff were friendly and very efficient, and there’s a gym too. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with big windows that let in plenty of light and air. The hot shower was great. The hotel is tucked away from the busy roads in a quiet area. They were doing construction to improve the place, but I didn’t hear a thing during my two days there. At 300k, it was a real bargain, and I’d happily recommend it.

The room was small but fairly comfortable. Its shower fixtures were stainless steel, though they looked dirty and worn, and the hotel's location wasn't very convenient or accessible. The worst part was losing my coat. I left it in the closet, and staff first said they'd found it. They promised to send it back, but after weeks of waiting and hearing excuses, they told me it was lost. Their handling of it felt frustrating and untrustworthy, and it left a bad impression of an otherwise mediocre hotel. BE CAREFUL. The owner's reply to my review sounded friendly, but I don't believe it was genuine. I emailed them directly about my concerns and got no reply. It seemed like they cared more about their online image than solving the problem. Happyson's nice words online didn't match my experience, and I felt they weren't honest or genuinely concerned about customers when something went wrong. I'd urge anyone considering Happyson to be cautious. A quick update: I eventually got a 50 percent refund for the jacket. It took a long time, but the issue was at least partly resolved, and I appreciate that they made an effort. My stay left me thinking about how much honesty matters in business, and I hope others take that lesson from my experience too.

The room was pretty big and clean, which was the only good part. It smelled damp, and the bathroom was even worse, with a sewage-like smell coming from the pipes. I had booked a room with a bathtub, but bathing in those conditions was impossible. Humidity was visible everywhere, and I added photos. I hoped to at least unwind by the pool, but it closes at 20:30. They gave me a 100k VND discount for the inconvenience, which felt pathetic. Terrible hotel. I won't come back, and if you have another option, don't even try it.
