The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and I liked having a pool on site. Staff were friendly, and the hotel stayed quiet at night, away from loud bars and music. My window room near the pond had the sink, shower, and toilet together; after a shower, water covered the floor. There also wasn't anywhere to sit except the bed, and the bathroom had no hooks or towel bars. No desk or table, either.

For a provincial budget hotel, this place feels pretty fancy, especially at a rate as low as 160k. The bed is big and comfortable, and there's a fridge and good air conditioning. Excellent value, though we couldn't get the hot water working.

I wouldn't stay here again. Bugs were in my bed, and when I first asked for a balcony, Thao at the front desk said there weren't any. After I came back and reported the bugs, a balcony room suddenly became available. That room smelled quite bad, and Thao was very rude. I'd choose somewhere else.

I rented a motorbike here and rode a route of around 160km, with some nice panoramic views. The rooms are very good for a very acceptable price, and it's a useful base for exploring the area around Kon Tum.

En Hotel has just opened, and everything felt new. The rooms were very clean, the reception staff were lovely, and there's a large parking area right in front. It was quiet and peaceful, with everything you need nearby. The internet was fantastic, even better than in Europe. Prices are affordable, so ask directly at the hotel.
