The rooms were pretty decent for the price, and the security guard was very friendly. The receptionist could have been more welcoming, though. The looks I got from them made me uncomfortable. I was promised a working motorbike, but it stalled about five minutes later and I had to push it back. Not the best experience overall.

There’s a nice sized desk in the room, and it’s close to Binh Chau if you want to spend a day there. As a digital nomad, I found the place palatial, with a very clean, lovely room and a comfortable bed. Wifi was okay at night but frustratingly slow in the morning. There’s a karaoke bar across the street that can get very loud. Still, I had a pleasant stay.

Apart from a little mold on the bathroom ceiling, my stay was pleasant. There’s no shower curtain, so water sprays over the floor and toilet when you shower.

The property is new and very clean, and it has a lift. The reception staff were friendly.
