10/10
The food selection is rich, the cafe is great, and room prices are reasonable. The hotel is luxurious and polite, with a spacious view and a good location near the train and bus stations. Service staff are enthusiastic, attentive and friendly. I especially like how quiet it is. They work very early, but I wouldn't know unless I saw them.

I enjoyed staying here. The room and services were quite sufficient, and the rates were very reasonable for a place near famous landscapes and attractions, even though the hotel is away from the main tourist sights and the town itself isn't the attraction. The layout inside the hotel puzzled me. At one point I ended up on the wrong floor without knowing why, which is why I took off a star. Still, it's worth a look.

Everything was old but still okay, until I saw a rat on the stairs. For Vietnamese prices, it felt a bit expensive.

This place is still developing into somewhere tourists can come and discover new experiences.
